How it Works

1. You order and pay online for the number of refilled glass milk bottles you want.

2. You receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

3. When ordering you choose either to pick-up from Origin Earth or The Hawke’s Bay Farmers’ Market.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to do ‘Swap-a-Bottle’ home deliveries.

Pick-up

You bring the same number of clean, well-rinsed, 1L bottles that you ordered and paid for Online (only bottles purchased from Origin Earth are eligible to swap) and caps to one of our pick-up points (see below) and swap them for refilled and dated bottles.

• The Hawke’s Bay Farmers’ Market: Sunday 8.30am to 12.30pm - orders MUST be received by 8am the Friday prior to the Market.

‘Swap-a-gel Ice-pax’

Make a one-time $2.50 purchase of our 1 Kg Gel Ice-Pax and we will have a freshly frozen ice-pax for you to pick-up with your order. You leave your defrosted ice-pax for sanitisation and reuse. This purchase needs only be made once unless the gel ice-pax is damaged.

Terms and conditions

• The number of bottles returned must equal the number of bottles ordered. We are unable to swap or leave more product than was ordered unless a ‘Refill + New Empty Bottle’ order is made.

• The ‘Swap-a-Gel Ice-Pax’ program will function on the above conditions.

• Caps (lids) must be of equal number to the bottles returned and must be the correct caps.

• Bottles and caps must be cleaned and well rinsed. We sanitise all bottles and caps before reuse but they must not be dirty or smelly on arrival. We reserve the right to refuse dirty or smelly bottles.

• Chipped or cracked bottles and damaged gel ice-paxs will not be accepted for return.
