Yoghurt Ranch Dressing
Using yoghurt instead of mayo for this popular American dressing not only makes it lighter and heathier, but we think also more delicious
Makes about 1½ cups
1 x 300g tub Origin Earth Pot Set Yoghurt
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp each dill, parsley, chives
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
1½ tbsp lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 Place yoghurt in a bowl and whisk until combined and creamy.
2 Add garlic, sugar, herbs, garlic powder, olive oil and lemon juice and mix well to combine. Season to taste, with a good grind of salt and black pepper.
3 Cover and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature or longer in the refrigerator to allow flavours to develop.
Note: Use Origin Earth Milk to adjust to desired consistency, if necessary.
