Camembert & Ham Sandwich
For each sandwich
1-2 tbsp hot pepper jelly – we used one from Hawke’s Bay chilli & pepper growers Orcona
2 slices pumpernickel bread or bread of your choice
1 green lettuce leaf
60g thinly sliced ham
60g sliced Origin Earth Camembert-style cheese
1 Spread one side of each slice of bread with hot pepper jelly.
2 Top one slice of bread with lettuce, ham and Camembert-style cheese, then the other slice of bread.
